Who is Demetri?
Grew up on Long Island, a Priest’s son, with a younger brother and sister. I earned my Eagle Scout in High School and served in the US Army afterwards. Completed my BA at Stonybrook University while working full time. Now I am a family man with a beautiful wife Tess, my son Jerry and my daughter Georgia. As you can tell we enjoy vacationing.
My Story
I was overweight in 2014 and decided to do something about it. In about 10 months I lost 80 lbs and have kept it off since. I continue to run and workout 5-6 days a week and enjoy challenging myself with Obstacle course races… In 2015 I ran and completed my first marathon.
